Model Release Agreement
For valid consideration received, MODEL grants permission to license MODEL’S image and likeness for any purpose allowed by law. MODEL’S likeness may be used by PHOTOGRAPHER or its assigns, licensees, sub-licensees, or any third party or parties to which permission is given by PHOTOGRAPHER, in advertising, trade, commercial purposes, personal use, or other uses not forbidden under this Agreement.
MODEL understands and agrees that PHOTOGRAPHER may digitally edit all photos, videos, or other media containing MODEL or MODEL’S likeness. PHOTOGRAPHER may combine media with other forms or volumes of media.
MODEL understands and agrees that MODEL has no rights to the media created under this Agreement.
MODEL understands and agrees that MODEL’S likeness may be used by photographer and its assigns, licensees, sublicensees, in perpetuity for any legal purpose—commercial or personal.
